Avenir Hospitality owns and operates boutique hotels. This page explains what information this website collects, and how our internal reporting tools use data from our own advertising and analytics accounts. Each of our hotels publishes its own policy for guest reservations.
This website
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses cookies and records information such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. We do not use it to identify you.
- Contact forms. If you send us a note, we receive what you type (such as your name, email and message). It is delivered to us by our web host, Netlify, and used only to reply to you.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers named here, who process it on our behalf.
Our internal reporting tools
We run a private, internal tool ("AvOS Ads Reader") that signs in with Google to read reporting data from our own Google Ads and Google Analytics accounts: campaign spend, clicks, search terms and bookings. It is used only by our own staff to measure how well our hotels' advertising works.
- It only reads data. It does not change ads, accounts or settings.
- The data stays in our own systems and is not sold, shared or used for advertising to anyone.
- Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Access can be withdrawn at any time from your Google Account's third-party access page.
